• The Consultation - This initial will start with us giving you a clear web design propƒosal for your project. We identify the need for your website project. What message do you want your website to portray? What practical applications do you need your website to have? Our project managers will sit down with you, and collect all the necessary information for the project. Once we have this, we go away and submit to you a more detailed proposal. Once this has been produced, we will have a meeting to discuss the proposal with you.
• The Site Plan - Once satisfied with our proposal, we then create a detailed outline of your website (often called a Site Plan or Site Map) for you to review the website design structure.
• The Concept - At this stage our in house team will develop a one-page concept design of your website, based on our meetings and web design proposal. This will ultimately give you a look and feel of the final web design page. You'll be in the fore front of the design and we will take instructions from you and you'll have the opportunity to make suggestions and comments before we go into full-scale production.
• The Development - The time scale for web design projects will vary greatly depending on the complexity and detail of what you require. We normally estimate between three and six weeks, but again, dependant on how much work is required, it can often take longer. UK One Media is proud of the fact that we work hard, we work diligently and we work until the job is done. If it sometimes takes longer than expected, then so be it. We wouldn't dream of cutting a corner to save half a day.
• The Review - Once we finished designing your website, we will then upload it to our server for you to read and review. We will then have another meeting to discuss any amendments that might be needed before the site goes 'live'.
• The Launch - When you have approved all OF the above, we can then upload the site to your hosting account.
• The Maintenance - When the initial development process is over, we realise you need to keep your website fresh, enticing and engaging for your customers, which is why we can provide you with ongoing, reliable maintenance plans. .
